Shipping policy

At Isalium Ltd, most of our services  including alterations, bespoke tailoring, and measurements  are appointment-based and provided at our Gloucester location.

Alterations & Measurement Services

Alteration and measurement services are primarily appointment-based.

We offer free collection and delivery for alteration services within a 5-mile radius of our Gloucester location.

For customers outside the free collection area, collection or shipping services can be arranged at the client’s expense.

 

Measurement consultations can be conducted:

• In person at our studio

• Virtually via Zoom or video consultation

 

Appointments at your preferred location can also be arranged. Travel expenses will be charged and agreed in advance.

 

Customers may also send garments to us for alteration services by post or courier.

Ready-to-Wear & Accessories

For Ready-to-Wear garments and accessories:

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days

• Standard UK delivery: 3–5 business days

• Orders are shipped via Royal Mail or courier service

• International shipping is available; delivery times may vary

• International orders may take up to 14 business days depending on destination

• Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched

For international deliveries, shipping details and delivery times will be confirmed directly with the client.
