At Isalium Ltd, most of our services—such as alterations, bespoke tailoring, and measurements—are appointment-based and provided in person at our Gloucester location.

We currently do not offer standard shipping for alterations or measurement services.

For Ready-to-Wear and Accessories:

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

• Standard UK delivery: 3–5 business days via Royal Mail or courier.

• International shipping is available; delivery times may vary.

• Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.
