THE BESPOKE TAILORING PROCESS

Every bespoke garment at Isalium is individually designed and crafted to achieve the perfect fit. Our process combines traditional tailoring techniques with modern precision to create garments that reflect both style and individuality.

Bespoke tailoring typically takes 8-12 weeks, depending on the garment and fabric selection.

1. Initial Consultation

Your bespoke journey begins with a personal consultation where we discuss your ideas, style, and requirements.

During this stage we:

• Discuss garment style and design

• Select fabrics and finishing details

• Take precise body measurements

• Advise on fit and structure

Consultations can take place:

• At our Gloucester studio

• Via virtual appointment

• At your preferred location (travel costs may apply)

2. Pattern & Preparation

Your individual measurements are used to create a custom pattern designed specifically for your body.

The chosen fabric is carefully prepared and cut to ensure balance, comfort, and structure in the finished garment.

Every detail is considered, from proportions to posture and movement.

3. First Fitting

At the first fitting, you will try on the initial version of your garment.

This allows us to:

• Refine the fit

• Adjust proportions

• Improve comfort and movement

• Perfect the silhouette

Additional adjustments may be made if required.

4. Final Fitting

During the final fitting, the garment is completed and carefully checked to ensure the perfect fit.

Any final adjustments are made before collection or delivery.

Your finished garment reflects both precision tailoring and personal style.
