We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • With tags attached

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You receive the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or altered garments

Bespoke orders or tailored alterations

Personalized items made to your measurements

Sale items

Gift cards

We also cannot accept returns on items that:

Have been worn

Have been damaged after delivery

Are returned without original packaging

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • With tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
